Construction Contracts & Collateral Warranties

Construction contracts are agreements between a client/employer and a contractor/supplier to carry out works concerning a construction project. Collateral warranties are used as a supporting document to a construction contract where an agreement needs to be put in place with a third party.

How I Can Help

I have worked for construction companies for the last 25 years. Although I am primarily a corporate lawyer, I have become familiar with construction and engineering contracts, project agreements, consultants’ appointments, collateral warranties and third-party rights agreements, and I am happy to review any such contract for you before you sign it. I have worked on several major construction projects during my career, including DBFO and BOT contracts, PFI Projects and EPC Contracts.

What Our Clients Have To Say

  • “A Practical Commercial Lawyer”

“Tim has advised me for more than 20 years. He’s a genuinely practical commercial lawyer. I had no hesitation in continuing to use him after his illness forced his early retirement from his City firm. He still advises me and my business on a number of issues, including contracts in general, acquisitions and restructuring.”
