Company Acquisition – Johnsons Financial Management
One of the key milestones was the successful exercise of Stuart’s option to acquire the remaining shares in Johnsons Financial Management, enabling him to take full ownership of the company. This gave him both the flexibility and control to steer the business forward with confidence.
Following full ownership, we have worked together on a series of acquisitions, purchasing several additional accounting practices. These acquisitions have allowed Johnsons to broaden its geographic reach, strengthen its team, and expand the range of services it offers to clients, including now developing an international element to the business.
Today, Johnsons Financial Management is no longer just a standalone practice but a group of companies operating at a much larger scale. We are currently working on a substantial restructuring of the group to ensure it remains well-positioned for future growth and continued success.
