Any business needs to enter into commercial agreements. Many of these will be presented to you to sign by suppliers but occasionally you will need to produce your own to set out your terms. I can either review contracts which you have been asked to sign, or I can draft agreements for you.

Back in late 2019, I set up The Red House Consultancy and it’s been trading since that date. It is not a formal law firm but a consultancy whereby I use my significant experience to provide advice.
I no longer practice as a solicitor, I do not hold a practising certificate, operate a client account, or handle any client funds. I, therefore, following the Legal Services Act 2007, do not offer advice on any reserved legal activity such as conveyancing, probate activities or representing you in litigation. I also do not advise on family law issues, debt recovery, commercial or domestic property matters, criminal law and landlord and tenant issues.
I work in and around East Sussex, including Heathfield, where I am based, Hailsham, Eastbourne, Battle, Mayfield, Uckfield and Crowborough.
